Job Description

Overview American based study abroad program in Rome seeks energetic, positive & outgoing Assistant Student Services Director for full-time position. Weekend traveling and evening work involved. Candidate must be fluent in Italian and English and have a good understanding of the American university system. Experience working with American or international groups (preferably students), management skills, Italian work authorization and Master's degree required. 1 Year Full time Contract, starting from October 1st. The ASSD will share 24-hour emergency duties with other in-country API team members. This job description is considered a guide to the position and should not be considered exhaustive. Requirements Live in Rome University Degree in a relevant discipline An interest and knowledge of Italian history and culture Sensitivity to student needs and cultural differences A commitment to education and study abroad Excellent written and spoken communication, time management and organisational skills Ability to multi-task and work to strict deadline Ability to work independently and on own initiative A positive can-do attitude Flexibility and willingness to assist across other areas and programmes when required Preferred Sales / recruitment experience Event management experience Experience in similar role Experience working to strict deadlines Experience of living or working abroad Professional or academic experience with international students Please send the application letter and CV (in English), to the attention of Regional Director at email by J-18808-Ljbffr J-18808-Ljbffr
