What You’ll Bring Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. Understanding of APIs and Infrastructure as Code as cloud-native interfaces. Basic knowledge of cloud infrastructure concepts and services (OCI, AWS, GCP, Azure). Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Grafana, Prometheus, or native tools from OCI/Azure/GCP/AWS). Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. Ability to communicate technical topics clearly and collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. A passion for continuous learning and innovation in cloud observability. Qualifications Career Level - IC1 Responsibilities What You’ll Do Collaborate with customers to design and optimize observability solutions on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). Lead efforts in building impactful observability solutions on OCI. Develop and test monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions using OCI native tools and Infrastructure as Code (IaC). Work with senior engineers and customers to identify performance issues and recommend solutions. Support workshops demonstrating modern observability practices with real-world applications. Integrate third-party observability tools with OCI environments. Create dashboards and visualizations to enhance operational transparency. Share knowledge and best practices through coaching sessions and internal forums. Participate in proof-of-concept projects to showcase observability benefits for customer success. J-18808-Ljbffr
