Job Description
Overview We are seeking a visionary GTM Product Lead to direct the strategy, lifecycle, and commercialization of Avanade’s pre-packaged services. The role drives scalable growth with clients typically ranging from $250M to $1B in revenue and 500 to 5,000 employees—organizations large enough for enterprise-grade solutions but lean enough to require simple, fast, and cost-effective delivery. What You'll Do Define and drive GTM Product Strategy: Own the vision and roadmap for a modular portfolio of pre-packaged offerings that deliver enterprise-grade outcomes with speed and simplicity, aligned to growth objectives, regional priorities, and Microsoft strategies. Lead the entire product lifecycle: Manage concept, packaging, launch, optimization, and retirement to ensure market readiness, scalability, and continuous evolution based on client needs and performance data. Shape market positioning: Develop compelling value propositions, packaging, and competitive positioning that resonate with organizations seeking cost predictability, speed to value, and measurable business outcomes. Orchestrate cross-functional execution: Build strong partnerships with Client Solutions, Engineering, Delivery, Solutioning, Marketing, and Sales to ensure offerings are built for scale and ready for seamless execution. Collaborate with Microsoft: Align offerings to Microsoft’s commercial segment strategies, maximize co-sell impact, and pursue joint investment opportunities. Ensure offer readiness at scale: Develop pre-packaged, outcome-based solutions that are commercially viable, scalable, and quickly evolvable into productized services for diverse regional markets. Establish GTM Product Management as a discipline: Create playbooks, an operating model, and governance to institutionalize product management as a repeatable strategic capability across the business. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree; advanced degree in business, technology, or related field preferred. A minimum of 15 years of experience in services leadership, GTM strategy, product management, or delivery operations. Experience collaborating across product, engineering, sales, delivery, and marketing to drive alignment and execution. Experience in Microsoft’s ecosystem or co-selling environment strongly preferred. Proven track record launching offerings across multiple markets or regions with direct responsibility for business outcomes (sales, revenue, adoption). Demonstrated experience driving repeatable or productized solutions at scale—preferably in a consulting, managed services, or global delivery environment. English language proficiency (verbal and written) to communicate effectively with global teams and stakeholders. Travel up to 20% with location flexibility; travel may vary according to business needs.
