Overview Energy Dome is a fast-growing company in the energy sector, pioneering the CO2 Battery, an innovative long-duration energy storage solution. Our mission is to accelerate the global transition to renewable energy by providing reliable, sustainable, and cost-effective storage technologies. As we continue to expand, we are looking for talented professionals to join our dynamic and international team. We are seeking a bright and motivated Project Engineer with at least 1–2 years of experience in the energy, oil & gas, or industrial plant engineering sectors. The ideal candidate has strong technical knowledge, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage complex projects in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required. Responsibilities Plan, organize, and manage project phases, ensuring compliance with schedule, budget, and quality requirements. Coordinate internal and external resources, including engineering, procurement, and quality teams. Monitor project progress and provide regular reports on status and risks. Manage suppliers, ensuring contract compliance and timely delivery of materials and services. Implement and maintain project quality plans, conduct inspections and audits, and address non-conformities. Facilitate project meetings and maintain effective communication with stakeholders and clients. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards, performing site inspections when required. Skills & Competencies Strong background in mechanical, civil, or electrical engineering. Familiarity with CAD software (AutoCAD, P&ID, SolidWorks) and ability to read technical drawings. Knowledge of industry regulations and standards (API, ASME, ISO EN, etc.). Understanding of EPCM processes, construction, and commissioning activities. Project management skills, with the ability to prioritize, plan, and deliver results. Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset. Effective communication and collaboration skills in multidisciplinary teams. Commitment to quality and safety standards. Education & Experience Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering (or related discipline). At least 1–2 years of professional experience in the energy, oil & gas, or industrial plant engineering sectors. Fluency in English (mandatory); knowledge of Italian or other languages is a plus.
