Job Description
Overview The Technical Analyst will provide onsite support to our clients with focus on offering excellent internal customer service. Responsibilities Key responsibilities include Basic understanding of technical issues and proven skills with electrical devices Troubleshooting and resolving incidents and service requests on a day to day basis Skills & Qualifications Demonstrable ability to handle end-user requests Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (in English Italian) Knowledge with electrical devices and computer hardware, including laptops, mobile devices, monitors, printers and peripherals Any experience with ticketing system is a plus Driving license or in possession of a car is a plus Job Type: Part-time J-18808-Ljbffr
