Business Development / Project Manager

We are currently looking for a Job title: Business Development / Project Manager Department: Business Development & Commercial Reporting to: Chief Commercial Officer Location: Milan (Italy) Qualifications Education : Technical degree (Pharmacy, Biology, Biotechnology, Chemistry or other) Work Experience : 3 / 4 years of work experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry Professional Skills : Experience in pharma industry (with preference in injectable field) or Medical Device or Food Supplement industry; Project management of multifunctional projects; Business Development; Management of international customer; Technical background is preferable. Responsibilities Project management: Project Management for CDMO projects (Technology Transfer and new Development) being single point of contact with customers for all project aspects; Coordinate internally project activities as PM of multidisciplinary teams, setting up and leading project meetings and issuing Project Plans; Monitor constantly respect of timelines and costs; Provide regular updates to Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) and Management on projects status; Support Finance for projects cost controlling; Coordinate external activities (i.e. laboratories activities) connected with Projects’ execution Business Development: Management of new customers until product launch (included); Support CCO in new projects technical evaluation; Preparation of Technology Transfer and Commercial Proposals; Represent the companies in international exhibitions and congresses; Support CCO in scouting of new customers and business opportunities; Support CCO in budget proposal for new projects and products; Coordinate activities to support commercial launch of New Products Compensation Compensation Package: The remuneration package will be commensurate with the candidate’s experience in the role.
