Reports to: Operation Manager Direct Reports: Shift Leaders Internal Interfaces: Plant Management, Central Functions, Other Plants External Interfaces: Customers, Raw Material & Equipment Suppliers Responsibilities: Responsibilities Ensure production objectives and KPIs (safety, quality, delivery, cost) are achieved Plan, organize, and optimize resources (people, equipment, materials) Monitor production performance, manage deviations, and ensure proper shift handovers Lead problem-solving with Quality, Maintenance, Logistics, Product Development, HR Analyze and reduce scrap, rework, and quality issues Drive Continuous Improvement initiatives (Lean, CI, O.I.P.) Perform risk analysis and ensure compliance with IATF standards Evaluate and develop team performance with support from HR Maintain positive relations with trade unions and stakeholders Requirements: Requirements Degree in Engineering or equivalent technical background Proven experience in production or operations management Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, IATF standards Leadership skills with ability to manage and motivate teams Problem-solving and analytical skills Strong communication and stakeholder management Fluent in English and Italian J-18808-Ljbffr
