Job Title: Business Analyst – Automotive Domain (PLM Experience) Location: ITALY Job Type: Full-Time Experience Level: 5 Years Department: Business Analysis / Automotive Solutions Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst with strong domain expertise in the automotive industry and hands-on experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems . The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions, driving innovation and efficiency in automotive product development and lifecycle processes. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to automotive product development and PLM systems. Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories. Work closely with engineering, design, and IT teams to ensure alignment of PLM solutions with business goals. Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements in automotive product lifecycle workflows. Support PLM system implementation, customization, and integration projects. Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations with cross-functional teams. Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of business analysis artifacts. Provide training and support to end-users on PLM tools and processes. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the automotive domain . Strong understanding of automotive product development processes and standards. Hands-on experience with PLM systems such as Siemens Teamcenter, PTC Windchill, Dassault ENOVIA, or similar. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Office, and Visio. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Preferred Qualifications: Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, CCBA, etc.). Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Exposure to digital transformation initiatives in the automotive sector.
