Responsibilities Collaborate in the definition and control production process, including tooling and equipment Validate design specifications and shop floor application of new product, tools or equipment Execute routine analyses using vested methods and technologies and contributes to technological developments in the team Work together with people from the business unit Develop manufacturing processes for New Product Introduction (NPI), document process changes, drive process/fixture improvements, drive lead and cycle time improvements, cost of Quality (COQ) and Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) actions Participate in LEAN initiatives and engage Six Sigma tools for process improvements Qualifications / Requirements Master\'s Degree in Engineering or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with a relevant work experience Previous experience in production/manufacturing domain Knowledge of technical drawing Proven analytical and organizational abilities Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously Effective problem identification and solution skills Fluent Italian and English Work Visa, in accordance with local regulation, is required Desired Characteristics Mechanical experience and/or background Strong oral and written communication skills Ability to lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact What We Offer Smart working and work life-balance Avio Aero promotes hybrid work where possible and encourages a good, healthy, and satisfying work-life balance.
