You will be joining a group who are motivated to provide customers with the best experience by supporting them through their agreement lifecycles as well as ensuring that they are maximising their cloud investments. We'd love you to have As an AI Productivity & Change Manager - Microsoft Copilot at Softcat, you'll guide customers through the strategic adoption of AI-powered productivity tools, ensuring seamless integration and long-term value. You'll lead change management initiatives, deliver tailored training, and collaborate across teams to drive measurable success. As an AI Productivity & Change Manager - Microsoft Copilot you'll be responsible for: Lead ing customer engagements to align Microsoft Copilot capabilities with business goals and drive strategic adoption Delivering tailored success plans, training, and change management strategies using frameworks like Prosci ADKAR Providing expert guidance on Copilot configuration, licensing, and integration with Microsoft 365 workloads Collaborating with technical teams to ensure seamless deployment and readiness across customer environments Defining and tracking KPIs to measure adoption success, usage trends, and business impact Building strong stakeholder relationships and act as a trusted advisor across Softcat and Microsoft teams We'd love you to have Experience in technical customer success, change management, or digital transformation, with a passion for helping others succeed. Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to all audiences, both in-person and virtually. Solid understanding of Microsoft 365 and AI-powered tools like Microsoft Copilot, or a strong interest in learning and growing in this space. Familiarity with adoption and change frameworks such as Prosci ADKAR or Microsoft's Success Framework. Desirable: Microsoft certifications (e.g. PL-200, PL-600, or Copilot Studio) or equivalent experience in AI and productivity solutions.
