Job Overview Job Title : Procurement Manager Location : Milan, Italy Our client is a rapidly growing renewable energy company, active in the development, construction, and operation of clean energy projects across Europe. Responsibilities Leading procurement processes for equipment, materials, and services related to PV and BESS projects. Building and maintaining relationships with suppliers and contractors to secure competitive pricing and reliable delivery. Managing tender processes, including RFPs, bid evaluations, and contract negotiations. Ensuring compliance with company policies, technical specifications, and local regulations. Collaborating with engineering and construction teams to align procurement with technical and project needs. Monitoring supplier performance and managing risks to ensure on-time, high-quality project execution. Supporting the project team in budget tracking and cost optimization strategies. Ideal Candidate Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field. 3–5 years of procurement experience in the renewable energy sector (solar PV, wind, or BESS preferred). Strong negotiation and contract management skills. Knowledge of international and local suppliers within the renewable energy industry. Familiarity with procurement tools, ERP systems, and MS Office. Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills. Fluency in English and Italian (written and verbal).
