Overview Join to apply for the Global ERP Developer (m/w/d) role at Dr. Schär . As part of the ERP Development team, you will be responsible for extending, improving, and maintaining the code of the company’s internal ERP system. The primary focus of this role is to provide efficient second-level support to all business users across more than 10 countries. Responsibilities Respond to requests related to the company’s ERP system, Microsoft Dynamics Business Central, and its interfaces with other software applications. Design, develop, and customize ERP modules (e.g., finance, logistics, production) based on business requirements. Contribute to international projects and continuous improvement initiatives within the ERP framework. Qualifications Relevant education in software development. Analytical skills and a pragmatic mindset. Team-oriented, with a customer- and process-focused approach. Fluent in German and/or Italian, with a very good knowledge of English.
