Technical Program Manager - Industrial and Energy Technology

Our Engineering Transformation team works to improve the quality of our engineering processes. Partner with the best As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for end-to-end execution of the information protection DTE and IET ENG Transformation programs. You will partner with functional teams, legal, technical product owners, and the DT team to define program requirements and ensure outcomes are delivered on time, within scope, budget, and quality standards, including implementing recovery plans if needed. You will ensure project management practices are followed and continuously improved. You will be responsible for: Executing the information protection program in accordance with business standards, practices, procedures, and requirements. Defining the program plan with milestones, deliverables, resources, and budgets. Leading multifunctional teams and external vendors to achieve company targets. Monitoring program progress using KPIs. Supporting program execution by resolving roadblocks and managing interdependencies. Identifying and managing risks, scope changes, and non-standard events throughout the program lifecycle. Applying and improving project management practices. Supporting DTE portfolio management by highlighting financial risks and opportunities. Acting as the primary contact point within IET ENG for related functions. Managing stakeholder communication and reporting on progress and issues. Coaching, mentoring, and leading the program team. Ensuring clear communication of business strategy and goals to the team. Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: Hold a Bachelor's Degree in STEM or Economics. Have at least 2 years of professional experience working with BH. Be an expert in Need to Know approach and methodologies. Have at least 2 years of experience as a technical coordinator for cybersecurity activities related to information protection. Have leadership experience in an international environment. Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Italian; additional languages are a plus. Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills. Have effective team-building and problem-solving abilities. Be persistent and result-oriented, even in challenging situations. Experience with Rally and Microsoft Project tools. Be proactive in exploring alternative solutions. Be skilled in problem analysis, documentation, and effort estimation.
