Responsibilities: The Senior CI HUMINT Analyst will prepare intelligence reports and assessments for mission planning and force protection. Focus on identifying asymmetric threats and vulnerabilities to U.S. interests in the AOR, and assessing the internal security situation related to force protection. Deliverables include CONOPS, OPLANS, OPORDS, strategic assessments, reports, white papers, briefings, and coordination efforts. Produce complex all-source CI analytic products to support Army CI efforts against FIE threats to RDA, defense infrastructure, and supply chains, including technical and HUMINT threats. Conduct intelligence analysis to develop CI-HUMINT efforts using established methodologies and collection strategies. Must have advanced Microsoft 365 skills. Knowledge of ICDs related to duties is required. Willingness to undergo and pass a counterintelligence-scope polygraph is required. Minimum Qualifications: Master's Degree completed. Certifications such as DoD Intelligence Fundamentals, CDASA Levels 1 and 2, CCMP-F, or Intelligence Planner Certification. U.S. Government all-source MOS or equivalent analytical certification. HT-JCOE or DIA Targeting Officer Course or equivalent. 12 years in CI-HUMINT analysis, management, or leadership roles. 8 years as a CI-HUMINT analyst supporting CI, HUMINT, or sensitive intelligence activities. 5 years analyzing regional and functional CI-HUMINT topics, including threats to defense infrastructure, supply chains, and emerging tech.
