Overview Project Director - High Profile Data Centre We are seeking an experienced Project Director to lead the development of a high-profile data centre in Milan. The Opportunity Overview This role will oversee every stage of the build, ensuring it meets the highest standards of quality, innovation, and efficiency. Responsibilities Lead the full lifecycle of a flagship data centre project, from design and pre-construction to completion. Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring expectations are exceeded. Manage the onsite team and supply chain, driving performance and upholding the highest standards of quality and safety. Provide strategic oversight to ensure timely, on-budget, and regulation-compliant project delivery. Qualifications A strong track record in managing large-scale, technical construction projects. Extensive experience in data centre development, ideally in a client-facing or developer role. Proven ability to oversee projects from concept to completion. Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with experience working with hyperscale customers. Fluency in Italian and English is essential.
