Back End Developer

Location: Remote (EU/US friendly time zones) | Full-time At Alinia AI , we help enterprises in finance, insurance, and healthcare deploy generative AI safely and responsibly. Our platform provides alignment guardrails and compliance monitoring to ensure AI systems are trustworthy. We’re hiring a Backend Engineer to design and scale privacy-first backend systems, APIs, and services that meet enterprise-grade security and compliance standards. What you’ll do: Build and maintain backend APIs and services. Implement security & privacy safeguards (SOC2, GDPR, ISO 42001). Support SaaS, VPC, and on-prem deployments. Collaborate across engineering, ML, and compliance teams. What we’re looking for: 3–5 years backend engineering experience. Strong Python (FastAPI/Flask/Django) PostgreSQL. Cloud Kubernetes/Docker. Data security expertise (encryption, IAM, logging). Bonus: VPC/on-prem experience, regulated industries, gRPC/distributed systems.
