Interior Designer

Are you an Interior Designer looking for your next big challenge? At PhiBa Architecture , an international architecture and interior design studio with offices in Spain, the U.S., and Colombia, we are looking for a talented Interior Designer with 5–7 years of experience, preferably in the hospitality sector, to join our team in Barcelona. Our work goes beyond architecture and interior design. Thanks to our affiliated procurement company, we not only create unique spaces but also design custom furniture and manage FF&E and OS&E purchasing. This allows us to maintain complete creative and quality control throughout the entire design process, from concept to execution. What we are looking for: Degree in Architecture or Interior Design (mandatory). Proven experience in hospitality interior design projects. Previous experience in FF&E selection and specification for hotels. A young, dynamic, and proactive profile eager to learn and contribute. Strong team player with excellent communication skills. Passion for challenges, innovation, and continuous growth. Fluent English and Spanish are essential. What we offer: Be part of a global studio with projects across multiple countries and cultures.
