Commercial Real Estate (Energy) - Senior Associate Bristol An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced commercial property lawyer at senior associate level with at least 5PQE to join a growing team advising on energy and infrastructure projects. The Role In this position you will advise developers, investors and funders on property matters connected to renewable energy and infrastructure: Solar farms, wind farms, battery storage and EV charging sites. Leading on complex, high-value commercial property transactions. Drafting and negotiating leases, options, easements and development agreements. Supporting and supervising junior team members. About You 5 years’ PQE in commercial property, with expertise in the energy space. Confidence handling complex transactions and advising major clients.
