Key Responsibilities: Assisting in the preparation of cost estimates and budgets Supporting the management of contract variations and project financials Conducting site visits to monitor project progress and ensure accuracy in measurements Assisting in the preparation of tender documents and contracts Working closely with senior surveyors to learn and develop key quantity surveying skills Maintaining strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors What We’re Looking For: A degree or HNC/HND in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or a related field Strong numerical and analytical skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities A proactive attitude with a keen willingness to learn and develop Ability to work well as part of a team and independently A passion for the construction and civil engineering industry What We Offer: A competitive salary of £80,000 - £100,000, depending on experience Comprehensive training and mentorship from experienced professionals Clear pathways for career progression within the company A supportive and social work environment Additional benefits package
