Insight Analyst Manchester (Hybrid – 2 days a week in office) £37,000 – £51,000 benefits THE COMPANY This global training and education provider is on a mission to make a difference to every learner. You’d be joining a growing data team, working to directly support curriculum innovation and improved learner outcomes. THE ROLE As a Insight Analyst , you’ll be supporting curriculum teams with data-driven insights that shape content, delivery methods, and learner experience. This is a highly cross-functional role — you’ll be working closely with IT, data engineering, and academic leaders to help inform strategy. Key Responsibilities: Analyse learner performance and engagement data to uncover trends Track KPIs across engagement, satisfaction, and success Monitor how students are interacting with learning platforms and identify opportunities to enhance delivery Build and maintain dashboards in Power BI / Fabric Present insights to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and actionable way SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Strong Power BI / Microsoft Fabric experience Skilled in SQL or Python Proven experience building data models and working with complex datasets Able to turn data into strategic insights for non-technical audiences Experience in education, edtech or learner behavioural data is a plus TECH STACK Power BI | Microsoft Fabric | SQL | Python Interested?
