The role: This isn’t your average Project Manager role. You’ll: Own client implementations Deliver consultancy and training Act as the key point of contact from kick-off to handover You'll manage a mix of remote and onsite delivery, working closely with a wide variety of organisations, including legal firms and public sector clients, to help them get the most out of Iken. Skills you’ll need: Previous experience delivering Software projects to clients Client-focused, proactive, and commercially aware An excellent communicator with strong process mapping and consultancy skills Experience training end users You’ll thrive at Iken if you’re inquisitive, tenacious, warm-hearted, and brave.
