Construction Lawyer 2 To £££ This popular City firm with a well-regarded construction department is looking for an ambitious lawyer to join their team. The department acts for real estate developers, housebuilders, property investment companies, contractors, sub-contractors, and major engineering consultancies as well as high value residential construction projects. You will be handling a predominantly non-contentious caseload advising on the procurement of construction projects, all forms of domestic and international construction contracts, and ancillary documentation such as consultant appointments, trade contracts, collateral warranties, parent company guarantees and performance bonds. If you would like there is also the opportunity to get involved in some contentious matters including UK adjudications, arbitrations and TCC litigation.
