Electrical Supervisor Location: London - up to £53,000 per annum Company: Established Building Services Provider About the Company A long-established building services company with over 40 years' experience delivering mechanical, electrical, and security solutions to public and private sector clients, including local authorities, housing providers, healthcare trusts, and commercial clients. Role Overview The company is seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to oversee a team of electricians across various domestic and commercial projects. The role involves client liaison, estimating, project oversight, and ensuring all work meets current electrical standards and safety regulations. Key Responsibilities Supervise engineers and apprentices on a day-to-day basis Survey installations, identify faults, and prepare estimates Plan and manage electrical repairs, maintenance, and installations Ensure compliance with industry standards and health & safety requirements Coordinate labour and resources for efficient project delivery Carry out inspections, testing, and diagnostic work as needed Requirements NVQ Level 3 in Electrotechnical Installations 18th Edition and C&G 2391 (or equivalent) ECS Gold Card Supervisory experience preferred Strong fault-finding, planning, and estimating skills Comfortable working at height and in confined spaces when required Asbestos Awareness (or willingness to obtain) What's Offered Up to £53,000 per annum Company van (business use only), phone, and uniform 21 days annual leave (increasing with service) bank holidays Pension scheme & Life Insurance Employee Assistance Programme & staff discounts Referral scheme
