Senior Associate - Restructuring

Your new company A leading national law firm is seeking a talented restructuring and insolvency solicitor to join its London office. Your new role You'll be advising a wide range of stakeholders in distressed scenarios - including lenders, investors, corporates, directors, and individuals - as well as acting for insolvency practitioners. The role involves close collaboration with colleagues in corporate, finance, and real estate teams across the firm. Key Responsibilities Leading transactional and advisory matters as the primary fee earner. Delivering commercially focused advice tailored to client needs. Drafting clear, concise documentation and communications. Supporting business development and contributing to practice growth. Managing multiple matters efficiently and effectively. What you'll need to succeed Qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales with, ideally, 7 years' experience in restructuring and insolvency. Strong legal knowledge and drafting skills. Excellent communication and client service. Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines. Commercial mindset and strategic thinking. Enthusiasm for team collaboration and mentoring.
