Project Manager | Paying up to £55,000 10% Bonus | Portsmouth | On-site Edison Smart is partnered with a leading biotech company specialising in the development and manufacturing for pharmaceuticals and medical devices. They are expanding their project management team based in Portsmouth. The ideal candidate will have: 2 to 5 years of project management experience, preferably in IT, engineering, or a highly regulated industry Strong communication skills with the ability to engage C-suite stakeholders and deliver presentations Experience with software optimization, process improvement, and digital platform delivery PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus A background in life sciences or biotech is desirable but not essential; candidates from adjacent regulated industries such as aerospace are encouraged to apply This is a permanent, on-site role with a competitive salary up to £55,000 plus a 10% bonus and excellent growth opportunities within the company.
