Requirements: Benefits and/or Pension Experience Advanced user of Workday Ability to quickly understand complex processes Experience of providing Operational Support Testing methodology Strong Analytical Skills and data management Strong problem-solving skills Project management skills Experience of testing and reporting test results Able to collaborate with relevant stakeholders and interpret policy to identify a solution to complex queries Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate to people at all levels both written and verbal Advanced user of Microsoft applications
