Corporate Solicitor (2PQE) Sheffield Up to £70,000 benefits Full Time, Permanent About the Firm & Role A leading, customer centric legal practice in Sheffield is seeking a 2PQE Corporate Solicitor to join their expanding business and corporate team. The firm since its inception has and earned a strong reputation in corporate law, insolvency, business recovery, dispute resolution, and commercial property You’ll work from their centrally located Sheffield office, joining a collaborative and skilled team that serves professionals, SMEs, and larger enterprises. The focus is on delivering practical, responsive, and commercially astute legal advice in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Manage corporate transactions from start to finish, including M&A, share capital reorganisations, and governance matters. Draft and negotiate shareholder agreements, articles of association, and other commercial documentation. Support clients with corporate structuring, investment rounds, and funding arrangements. Collaborate internally with colleagues across insolvency, property, and dispute resolution teams for integrated client solutions. Maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and consistent delivery. Stay updated on corporate legislation and market trends to advise proactively. About You Qualified solicitor with minimum 2 years’ PQE in corporate or commercial law. Demonstrable experience in M&A transactions, governance, or corporate finance. Strong drafting and negotiation skills. Client-focused approach with excellent communication and organisational abilities. Team player who thrives in a collaborative professional environment.
