As Manager, Projects and Product Change, you’ll be part of the Portfolio & Change team within WIB & Group Treasury Operations. In this role, you’ll lead the delivery of selected projects and product change initiatives that impact these operations, ensuring effective change management and strong outcomes for Westpac Group, Westpac Institutional Banking, and the broader Treasury function. This is a permanent, full-time position based in Sydney, with a focus on technology and process change. You’ll assess how changes affect operational teams, define scope and requirements, identify risks and compliance considerations, and ensure commercial objectives are met. You’ll also coordinate delivery by working closely with stakeholders and subject matter experts across the business. What do I need? You know how to run a project from start to finish and get people on board along the way. You’ve worked with tech and process change, ideally in banking or finance. You’re great at spotting risks before they become problems. You can talk to anyone and actually get them to listen. You’re organised, curious, and not afraid to challenge the status quo. Why join us?
