IT Support / Network Technician

About the role We are looking for a skilled IT Support / Network Technician to join our dynamic team in Ashmore, Queensland. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to deliver top-notch technical support and maintain IT infrastructure for a range of small to medium-sized businesses across the Brisbane to Burleigh area. As an integral member of our small team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth IT operations for our valued clients. What you'll be doing Providing end-user support for hardware, software, and network issues Troubleshooting and resolving technical problems in a timely manner Performing system maintenance, updates, and upgrades Monitoring network performance and implementing security measures Documenting all support activities and maintaining accurate records Collaborating within the team to ensure seamless service delivery Providing training and guidance to end-users on the effective use of IT systems What we're looking for Either minimum 2 years of experience in an Level 1/2 IT support or Network Technician role OR able to demonstrate IT proficiency in many of the position required areas with an ability to learn and upskill quickly Strong technical skills in hardware, software, and network troubleshooting Working knowledge of Microsoft products and cloud-based technologies Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Strong willingness to learn and grow Effective communication and customer service abilities What we offer At Integrity First IT, we believe in fostering a supportive, collaborative, and dynamic work environment.
