The Business Show – one of the world’s largest business events – is looking for a driven and organised Account Manager to join our growing Sydney team. This is a full-time, entry-level opportunity ideal for someone eager to develop client-facing skills, learn how large-scale events are delivered, and grow within a global business. What You’ll Be Doing Onboarding new clients via phone and video calls Managing exhibitor accounts and building lasting client relationships Coordinating contracts, forms, and deadlines Following up on invoices and outstanding payments Collaborating with internal sales, marketing, and operations teams Supporting on-site at major business events (some travel may be required) About You A recent university graduate (any discipline) Confident communicator across phone, email, and video Exceptionally organised and detail-oriented Comfortable with admin tasks and time-sensitive deadlines Proactive and eager to learn in a dynamic environment A genuine team player who thrives in a busy setting Bonus: Experience in admin, retail, hospitality, or customer service is helpful—but not essential. Training & Progression You’ll receive hands-on training, mentoring, and ongoing support as you build your confidence and skills.
