Winslow, unlimited opportunities and inspiring careers Due to significant growth across all pockets of our business, we have an exciting new role as a Civil Construction Foremen only a short drive north from the City of Adelaide THE ROLE Forecasting and programming Procurement and scheduling of labour, subcontractors, equipment, and materials Efficient and economic use of resources Effective leadership of the construction team Start-ups, toolboxes, site inductions and checking tickets Mitigating and reporting incidences Audits and reporting Referring and communicating requirements of DBYD, PMPs, SWMs, and MSDs The Foreman will report directly to the Area Supervisor. The Foreman is responsible for the successful delivery of civil construction and sub-division projects by ensuring labour, subcontractors, equipment and material are effectively managed.
