They are now seeking a Head of Engineering to lead the design and delivery of modern engineering practices, scale high-performing teams, and build enterprise-grade platforms that enable advanced applications of machine learning and artificial intelligence. This role will shape the engineering strategy, drive technical excellence, and ensure solutions deliver measurable business impact at scale. The Opportunity: As Head of Engineering, you'll take ownership of the company’s Engineering strategy, software roadmap, and engineering initiatives. Working closely with executive leaders across marketing, supply chain, eCommerce, and operations.
