Fixed Term Contract until November 2026Melbourne Location with hybrid working from HomeVictorian Government Agency - $113,000 - $124,000 SuperThis Victorian Government Client is seeking an experienced Brand & Design Manager to lead a dedicated team delivering end-to-end design process across visual communication and branding. Guide the development of identity systems, brand assets, technical design standards, and templates used across all channels.You will be responsible for: Lead visual communication and branding projects from concept to delivery.Oversee the development of visual design systems, brand assets, templates, and design standards.Ensure outcomes comply with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1 or above).Manage and mentor a team of designers to deliver high-quality, creative outcomes.Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure solutions align with business needs.Support procurement, including tendering and managing service providers.You will have:5 years experience in a Visual Branding and Design role or equivalentStrong technical skills across Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and experience using project management tools.Demonstrated ability to design for WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards.Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.Experience leading and motivating a creative team, including performance development and feedback.Wants in it for you:Fixed Term Contract until November 2026Melbourne Location with hybrid working from HomeVictorian Government Agency - $113,000 - $124,000 SuperPlease apply today to secure an interview or for more information contact Xavier Cusack at xavier.cusack@talentinternational.com
