Service Coordinator

2XM Recruit are seeking a Service Coordinator to join a well-established Australian engineering company that provides innovative power and electrical solutions. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys coordinating multiple moving parts, keeping projects and service operations running smoothly, and ensuring customers receive an exceptional experience from start to finish. Role: Service Coordinator Location: Preston, VIC Job type: Permanent Salary range: $75,000 - $80,000 plus Super Duties: In this role, you’ll be the link between Projects & Service teams, customers, and suppliers. You will: Coordinate resources for installation, commissioning, maintenance, and remedial works.Work closely with management to plan priorities and allocate resources effectively.Provide engineers and technicians with the right information, tools, and arrangements to start and complete work.Maintain service schedules, oversee after-hours rosters, and manage the service escalation process.Respond to RFIs and RFQs, prepare service reports, and follow up on quotes and invoicing.Monitor service performance to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, generating leads and increasing awareness of the company’s solutions.About You You’re a proactive coordinator with strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle competing priorities without breaking a sweat.
