Administrative/ Accounts Clerk

Southside Toyota is seeking an experienced Administration/Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our wonderful team at Mt Gravatt. Duties will include, but not limited to Accounts Receivable Processing new/used deals Processing used vehicle purchases Daily, weekly, and monthly accounting and administration task as required General ledger balance sheet reconciliation as allocated Data entry and record keeping General Clerical duties – filing, scanning etc Strong time management & organizational skills Ability to support and work with other team members and departments including support for Sales & Administration Full working rights General accounts experience would be a distinct advantage The ideal candidate for this position will have excellent communication skills and the attitude and willingness to help other team members when required. You will also have: Excellent attention to detail Tune Experience preferred Great organizational skills Basic accounting knowledge A firm grasp of Microsoft Excel Willingness to learn The ability to work in a team as well as autonomously. Knowledge and basic understanding of automotive industry will be highly regarded, but not essential.
