As part of this company's continued growth, they are looking for an experienced Fluent Commerce Solution Architect / Technical Consultant to join their expert team and play a key role in the design and delivery of cutting-edge Order Management Systems (OMS) solutions. About the Role: You will lead the technical implementation of Fluent Commerce OMS solutions for clients. This is a hands-on role involving solution design, technical leadership, stakeholder collaboration, and system integration, ensuring high-quality, scalable and maintainable results. Your responsibilities: Documenting technical solutions for the team to execute and work collaboratively to deliver a great technical solution Working closely with clients and your team on solutions and recommendations Advise on next steps when dealing with a challenge, requiring strong knowledge and understanding of technical solutions Show strong empathy and the willingness to help fix issues for clients, partners and your team to deliver to highest standards Play a key role in leading and driving technical solutions Background & experience to succeed in this role: Proven experience of software engineering web solutions The ability to understand client problems and provide elegant software solutions The ability to engage technical and non-technical clients, along with excellent verbal communication skills Excellent written communication skills, especially around technical documentation, is ESSENTIAL Experience and appreciation of working in a live environment Strong understanding of integration patterns and know how to interrogate APIs Highly desirable skills: eCommerce platform experience Experience working in a service-driven environment and being a technical 'Go-To' for clients and key stakeholders This role is fully remote working in Australia and within 3-4 hours of AEST Timezone i.e. New Zealand, Singapore, Philippines, Thailand etc
