About the Role We’re looking for a dynamic and motivated Nail Tech Salon Manager to lead our talented team and ensure a smooth, high-quality experience for both clients and staff. You’ll be the operational heartbeat of the salon—managing staff, maintaining high service standards, and creating a positive culture that our team and clients love. Responsibilities Oversee daily salon operations and front-end management Lead and support staff Perform nail technician duties Ensure outstanding customer service and resolve any client concerns Track and drive team performance to hit salon goals Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and health code compliance Assist with recruitment, onboarding, staff training, scheduling of staff all with the support and assistance of the business directors What We’re Looking For Previous experience as a nail technician - management experience desirable Excellent leadership and communication skills Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities Passionate about nails, beauty products and services and customer experience Tech-savvy with POS or scheduling software is a plus (e.g. Fresha, Square) Friendly, energetic, and a team player RSA Certificate an advantage Fluent in English No visa restrictions - willing to build long term career with us What We Offer Full-time role with flexible scheduling Competitive pay bonuses Staff discounts on services and products Supportive, inclusive work environment Growth opportunities within the salon Ready to Lead With Style?
