About the Role FP&A Analyst is a critical role that will contribute to shaping the future of IntoWork by managing budgeting and forecasting, and financial modelling via business partnering and collaboration within the business. As a FP&A Analyst, you will: Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models to support budgeting and forecasting. Assist the Heads of Finance and Accountants with:data preparation, analysis and interpretation and budget and forecast import to ERP and Solver. Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership based on financial analysis and competitive intelligence. Conduct sensitivity analysis to assess potential risks and opportunities, providing actionable insights to the executive team. Support the Group CFO and Executives in mergers and acquisitions - including due diligence and forecasting Develop ongoing supporting reports to assist in the review of key areas for business partners. Partner with the key stakeholders in distilling financial and performance data into useful information for reporting and initiatives. Develop and maintain business intelligence tools/reports (Solver and PBI) What You'll Bring CA/CPA qualification Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial modelling, budgeting and forecasting with a proven track record of success. Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in financial modelling and analysis tools. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
