Senior Business Analyst - IDAM

Are you a seasoned Business Analyst with a passion for cyber security and identity governance? We’re seeking a Senior BA to join a high-impact project focused on enhancing privileged access management and implementing phishing-resistant authentication solutions. What You’ll Be Working On: Leading business analysis for initiatives in Privileged Identity Governance and Passwordless Authentication Collaborating with stakeholders across cyber security, cloud infrastructure, and IAM teams Mapping current and target state processes, identifying gaps, and defining actionable requirements Supporting delivery of security controls aligned with Essential 8 and compliance to ML2 Key Skills & Experience: 10 years’ experience as a Senior Business Analyst in large, complex environments Strong domain knowledge in: Cyber Security Privileged Access Management (PAM) Identity & Access Management (IAM) Passwordless authentication Cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) Proven ability to: Map complex business processes and define target state requirements Engage senior business and technical stakeholders Lead workshops and facilitate cross-functional collaboration Coordinate with vendors and ensure project milestones are met Familiarity with: Essential 8 mitigation strategies Cyber security controls, governance, and assurance frameworks Strong documentation skills: RACI, operating models, training materials, process documentation
