Sunshine Coast Orthopaedic Care, a leading orthopaedic clinic, seeks a medical receptionist to join our team in the heart of the health care precinct in Birtinya. Your role Taking incoming calls and responding to patient inquiries in a courteous and professional manner Meeting and greeting patients in a compassionate manner Scheduling patient appointments Patient billing General administrative support to the team About you Experience in a similar role is preferred, but not essential Ability to use medical software, have basic information technology skills in relation to Windows software and office equipment · Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with a diverse range of clients and stakeholders · A genuine interest in the healthcare industry and a commitment to providing high-quality care · A positive, friendly, and empathetic attitude What we offer · Competitive salary · Ongoing training and development opportunities Long-term employment Permanent part-time Option for negotiating hours available Training in medicolegal work No weekend work The clinic’s operating hours are Monday to Friday 9:00am-5:00pm Immediate start available You can either reply through the Seek website or email resume to gmail.com
