Job Description We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Manager to uncover new opportunities and drive growth in our core Crushing operations across Western Australia’s thriving mining sector. This is your chance to work with a respected industry leader, build strategic client relationships, and directly influence the company’s success in a high-impact, outward-facing role. Job Description: Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities across WA’s mining landscape, with a focus on crushing services. Conduct detailed market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and align MLG’s capabilities with future demand. Work hand-in-hand with our Business Operations team to feed the pricing pipeline with qualified, well-timed opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders. Experience And Knowledge Required: 3-5 years proven track record in business development within the mining services sector—ideally crushing and screening or related servicesExceptional ability to identify new business opportunities and convert them into tangible outcomes. Strong commercial acumen and a strategic mindset. Confident communicator with experience engaging stakeholders at all levels.
