UX Designer

6-Month Contract | Sydney CBD | Start Within 2 Weeks We’re a small design agency working with clients on digital transformation and product design. We’re looking for a mid-level UX Designer to join a client project, working hands-on to turn research insights into practical, user-centred solutions. What you’ll be doing Conducting user research, interviews, and usability testing to understand real needs Turning insights into journey maps, flows, and detailed wireframes Applying usability heuristics and accessibility best practice Making evidence-based design decisions and clearly communicating recommendations Collaborating with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to deliver human-centred solutions What we’re looking for 3–5 years’ UX design experience with strong research and wireframing skills Proficient in Figma, Optimal Workshop and other UX tools UI design experience desirable but not essential Available to start within 2 weeks The details 6-month contract (potential for future projects) 5 days per week – 3 days onsite in Sydney CBD, remainder work from home depending on research needs
