BRAND SALES ASSOCIATE - FULLTIME PREFERRED

As an established and respected fashion house , we are seeking a capable and motivated Brand Sales Associate with strong administration experience to support our team in sales, operations, and customer service at our Perth office. This position is ideal for those with a background in retail administration, office management, or customer-facing admin roles who want to apply their skills within the fashion industry. This is ideally a full-time role but part-time will be considered for the right candidate. What You’ll Be Doing In this role, you will take responsibility for a variety of administrative and operational tasks, including: Liaising with sales and PR agencies (local and international) Being responsible for warehouse orders, shipments, and dispatches Managing customer service enquiries , online returns, and wholesale queries Preparing invoices, shipping labels and documentation Handling general administrative duties to ensure smooth day-to-day operations What We’re Looking For We are looking for someone who brings: Proven administration experience (retail, office, or sales support environments) Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) Strong organizational ability and attention to detail Confidence in handling multiple priorities and deadlines A flexible, professional, and proactive approach Bonus skills (not essential): Familiarity with accounting or POS software Ecommerce experience (e.g. WooCommerce) Experience liaising with warehouses or wholesale accounts Why Join ZHIVAGO?
