We’re looking for a Mortgage Broker to join our Brisbane office and work directly alongside a team of 18 accountants and financial planners.This is a rare opportunity to plug into a warm lead flow, focus on client service, and write quality business without cold prospecting. About You We’re seeking either: An experienced broker ready to leverage warm leads and a referral network, or A credit analyst or banker with strong technical skills, ready to step into a broker role. Strong knowledge of credit and residential lending. High attention to detail and client focus. Motivation to build long-term relationships and deliver excellent service. Key Responsibilities Work with accountants and financial planners to structure loans for residential clients. Manage a consistent pipeline of quality leads, including some complex cases. Focus on client service and loan structuring not chasing business.
