We’re now seeking a dynamic Social Media Coordinator to drive our digital growth and strengthen our business partnerships. The Role This is a hands-on role with two key focuses: Social Media & E-Commerce Growth – Lead our digital strategy, manage daily content, boost engagement, and drive online sales. B2B Sales & Relationships – Build new partnerships while supporting existing customers across retailers. What You’ll Do Develop and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok. Manage content calendars, campaigns, and sporting event tie-ins. Increase brand awareness through creative storytelling, graphics, and short-form video. Drive inbound enquiries and manage conversion funnels. Research and approach potential B2B customers while maintaining strong existing relationships. Track, analyse, and report on performance across digital and sales channels. About You Proven track record in e-commerce growth and social media management. 2 years’ experience with Google Analytics/GA4, Klaviyo, Meta Ads, and SEO . Strong balance of creativity and commercial thinking. Sales-driven with excellent relationship-building skills. B2B sales or account management experience (preferred).
