Your new role As a Desktop Support Officer, you will be responsible for delivering Level 1 and Level 2 support both face-to-face and remotely. You'll be the go-to person for end-user technical issues, ensuring smooth operations across hardware, software, and network services. Key Responsibilities Provide Level 1/2 Desktop Support (Face-to-Face and Remote) Hardware support: desktops, laptops, tablets, and mobile devicesSoftware support: Windows 11 OS and applicationsBasic network troubleshooting: Wi-Fi and VPNLog and manage Interactions, Incidents, and Service RequestsTrack and resolve issues in collaboration with the Global Service Desk and Resolver TeamsInstall, configure, and support end-user equipment and devicesCoordinate with hardware service providers for warranty repairs and replacementsAssist with minor projects including floor moves, relocations, and reshufflesProvide Unified Communications Support for events and townhalls (Webex, Microsoft Stream) What you'll need to succeed Proven experience in a Level 1/2 IT support roleStrong knowledge of Windows 11, hardware troubleshooting, and basic networkingExcellent communication and customer service skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple tasksExperience supporting corporate environments is highly desirable.
