The Role As our HR Data & Systems Analyst, you’ll play a key role in shaping how we use HR data and technology to support our people and business strategy. You’ll manage and improve our HR systems (especially SuccessFactors) and support global HR initiatives. Working with local and global teams, your work will ensure our systems are effective, our data is accurate and our people have the tools they need to succeedIf you enjoy solving puzzles with data, improving systems and turning complexity into something simple and useful—this is a role where you’ll thrive. What You’ll DoManage and enhance SuccessFactors, with a focus on Compensation.Consolidate and analyse data from multiple sources.Deliver accurate HR reports, dashboards, and insights.Provide user support, training, and documentation.Lead global HR system and process improvements.Collaborate on system enhancements and testing.Maintain data integrity through audits and continuous improvement.Support external HR benchmarks and surveys (e.g. WGEA, DJSI). What You’ll BringYou must be committed to positively contributing to our safe, inclusive and high-performance cultureExperience with SAP SuccessFactors (admin or support level); certification highly regarded.Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, macros) and familiar with PowerPoint and Visio.Understanding of how employee data impacts payroll, reporting and HR processes.Experience in SuccessFactors and cyclical activities such as compensation and talent reviews.Ability to manage multiple tasks, solve problems independently and communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences.
