With over 25 years of industry experience, they’re bringing one of their celebrated brands, The Palomar — proudly awarded a Michelin Bib Gourmand since 2014 — to our community. The Palomar’s menu draws from the rich and diverse culinary traditions of Southern Europe, North Africa, and the Levant – brought to life in an open kitchen centered around a wood fire grill, working with seasonal, locally sourced ingredients from small artisans and growers. Job Description COME AS YOU ARE & ROCK OUR DINING EXPERIENCE We’re looking for energetic and skilled Restaurant Section Waiters to join our team. We believe great service is more than taking orders, it’s creating moments, telling a story, and making every guest feel welcome. Take pride in delivering warm, attentive, and memorable service that turns a meal into an experience our guests will want to relive again and again. Delivering incredible and memorable table service that keeps guests coming back; Managing your section with confidence, precision, and genuine care; Showcasing your knowledge by recommending dishes, pairing wines, and creating unforgettable dining moments; Collaborating seamlessly with our Head Sommelier and Kitchen team to ensure a smooth and seamless service flow; Upholding the highest health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times; Promptly reporting any health or safety hazards, incidents, faults, repairs, or cleaning needs. Qualifications WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR You have a good understanding of food & beverage culture; You are dynamic and willing to take on new challenges; You are able to work in high volume, busy, fast paced environment; You have had at least 2 years' experience in a hatted style Restaurant; You want to be a part of a diverse, fun and friendly environment; Understanding of wine and wine styles, cocktails and premium spirits; You have a genuine passion for Restaurants and Hospitality; Great standards of personal presentation and people skills; You are a great communicator; Able to hold your own and have confidence running a busy section.
