The Role We’re looking for an experienced and motivated skilled labourer/contractor to join our growing crew. Your work will focus on: Retaining wall construction (block, concrete, timber, and engineered systems) General construction support Landscaping and fencing as part of complete outdoor projects Why Work With Us Specialist projects – high-quality retaining walls and structural builds that make a real impact Pride in quality – premium materials, proven methods, no shortcuts Team culture – supportive, down-to-earth crew who value skill, safety, and good site camaraderie Ongoing work – contract role with potential for regular projects based on performance About You Experience in retaining walls, landscaping and general construction Physically fit and confident with hands-on outdoor work Reliable, self-motivated, and takes pride in workmanship Own tools and reliable transport Machinery tickets (excavator, skid steer) desirable but not essential Legal & Compliance Essentials ABN (Australian Business Number) – so they can invoice you as a contractor. White Card – mandatory for any construction site work in Australia. Insurances – Public Liability Insurance (usually $10–20 million cover) to protect against damage or injury claims.
