Join us. Together, we can harness potential to create a prosperous future. The Opportunity WesCEF is seeking a Project Systems Analyst to join our dynamic IT&S team on a 12-month fixed term basis. This role offers the opportunity to lead and support projects that enhance business systems, streamline processes, and enable data-driven decision-making. Key responsibilities will include: Lead and manage the delivery of process and system improvements across the business. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, develop business cases, and secure funding. Analyse and document business requirements, including process mapping, data modelling, and reporting needs. Coordinate project teams and ensure timely, on-budget delivery. Facilitate change management and oversee testing and implementation phases. Identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement in systems and processes. About You To succeed in this role, you will bring: Tertiary qualifications in IT or a related field. Minimum 5 years’ experience in project management and delivering IT solutions. Strong expertise in business systems design, software development methodologies, and enterprise applications. Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills. Proficiency in technical tools and frameworks, with a keen interest in emerging technologies. A collaborative mindset and commitment to safety, customer focus, and high-performance teamwork.
